Okay I need to tell you guys
I wasn’t expecting a lot from that horchata recipe because I’ve had my fair gallons of horchata and I know what it tastes like so for this recipe I was like, ‘Eh, I’ll see what happens’. I mean, you use cashews.That just sounds strange. And this recipe was like suspiciously easy too so my expectations were looowwwww I just blended it all together now and holy fuck can I tell you that I’m frightened how accurate it tastes? It is surprisingly delicious and familiar holy shit. It just needs like a bit more cinnamon and ice and a burrito and I’m set. Highly recommend trying this recipe out if you love horchata, it surprised the shit outta me
